Israel’s army chief, Herzey Halevi, has threatened more strikes if Iran retaliates to Israel’s shelling last weekend. Response to Iranian attacks

The Israeli military said it carried out shelling of military targets in Iran, particularly missile factories and air defense facilities. This was the response of the Israeli Armed Forces to the Iranian missile attack on Israel on 1 October.

Four Iranian soldiers were killed in the Israeli strikes, Iranian sources said. Iranian media also reported that civilians were killed near the capital Tehran.
