The mother of two took to Instagram on Friday to post several family pictures in the countryside. “I've dreamed of having a daughter named London for as long as I can remember,” Hilton wrote in a lengthy message. “I'm so grateful she's here.” The baby is completely dressed in an old pink dress with a big bow on her head. Also seen are son Phoenix (1) and husband Carter Ream (43). The couple became parents twice through surrogacy.
Hilton exclaims that she has experienced deep love through her two little angels. Her “incredible journey through motherhood” inspired a song she recorded with her friend, singer Sia. The song “Fame Won't Love You” reminds her that the bond with family is the most valuable thing of all.
