Fire alarm in Schwechat! A fire broke out at the former Hammerbrotwerke site 2 hours later. Shortly after, the listed building was completely engulfed in flames. A large number of fire departments in the area were involved in extinguishing the fire.
The fire is currently under control
Firefighting continued throughout the night. On Sunday morning, emergency services announced that the fire was now under control. More information to follow.
